Using Silhouette Stamps

Today is a simple layered mini-slime-line card. I used a some pattern papers and a silhouette stamp to complete the simple softer feel of this card.

Mini-slimline card - Always here for you

Using up some scraps today for this card. I have been enjoying making some mini-slimline cards lately and thought I would use up some cardstock scraps to make floral embellishments.

I paired the embellishments  with some layers from various Gina K designs Master layout die sets.

Today I wanted to make a quick encouragement card but still wanted the card to have some detail. So I colored in a stamped image from Gina K designs and popped it up onto a glittery stitched frame .

I used several layers of the butterfly in order to give it some dimension.

I used Gina K Designs Master layout die set to cut the mini-slimline layers. I hope oyu like this relatively clean and simple card.

Just keeping my card simple today. I chose a tag die to decorate for the focal point and gave the card front a little texture with a stitched die panel.

I layered the elements, added some glitter paper and some glossy accents to some of the flower elements all to add some interest.

Layered mini-Slimline Card

 Hello and Thank you for stopping by. 

I have been trying to use more of the stamps and die sets I don't typically grab in my stash. 

Today I kept this card simple and used lots of layers.  

I started this card with using some scraps from my stash, a stamp set from Close to My Heart and a die set from Master Layout 7 from Gina K Designs for the all the panels.

Although the papers are from Echo park, the stamp set is from Close to My Heart and the little die cut heart is from Karen Burniston, I think it all coordinated well. 

I hope you enjoyed seeing this Slimline card and how you can pull products from different product lines to coordinate together.

Alternate Joy Fold Card

Today's card is a Joy fold variation; you can find a tutorial for making a Joy fold card under my tutorial tab. 

I used a variety of pattern papers and cardstock to create the layers

Grabbed a few smaller stamps to stamp randomly to create a sort of patterned paper look using a few neutral colors; greys, browns and navy blue.

Then cut out the celebrate sentiment using a metal die and layered several together to create some dimension.

I hope you give the technique of stamping your smaller stamped images to create your own patterned paper a try!
