New Birth Arrival card

I made this card for a friend who recently had her first baby! She's 39 years, go K! Congratulations to you both on the arrival of your little one!

For these cards I used Martha Stewart "wild Flowers punch around the page, paper from K&Company Designer Mat pad "Classic K Bailey" and a Recollections "Boutique Fleur" flower and brad.

Friendship card

I made this card for my best friend who is going through a stressful time right now. When I saw this Lili of the Valley stamp I just knew I had to get it just for her.

I colored the image using Copic markers, accented the side with Sparkle Lights from Megan Elizabeth and a by Swirling Lace punch by Martha Stewart

Spring Cupcakes

I teach Wilton Cupcake Decorating classes and I want to offer a Spring cupcake class so I thought I would make a few samples. These are the designs i came up with and took pictures for a display.

This weeks challenge for Operation Write Home is to use the colors green and yellow. This is my card.

I also made this card just for fun and as a thank you for my brother in law who sent me a 40th birthday card. (My 40th birthday is tomorrow!) Thanks Bro!

Quilted Card

So, I'm back. Sorry for the disappearing act. Life got really busy!

This is my first attempt at sewing on a card. You can find tips and strategies on how to add stitching to your cards here. You can also find more tutorials on my tutorial tab here .I saw a sample card of this technique  in my Scrapbook etc. magazine and new it would be perfect for my sister Jeanne who LOVES to quiklt. So I whipped up a "just because" card just for her.
